Grand Parkway S., Katy, TX 77494Job Overview:As an Automotive Service Sales Advisor/Estimator with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will play a critical role in our automotive shop, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and their vehicle is repaired to the highest standards. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a significant role in building relationships with our guests.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guestPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest’s vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understandHelp manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
Review technician inspections, notes & recommendationsEstimate repairs and services based on technician recommendationsConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityBuild relationships with part supply vendors, tool vendors, and all external vendors effectivelyMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing guest service activitiesShuttle guests as needed in the CBA-branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specificationsWorks together as a team and assists other employees as neededOther duties as assigned
